The North American Aerospace Defense Force is a joint organization of Canada and the United States that provides aerospace warning, air sovereignty, and defense for the two countries. It is often abbreviated to NORAD. NORAD's mission is to monitor the movement of all objects in satellite orbit around the Earth and the analysis of satellite reconnaissance photographs. Located deep within the Cheyenne Mountain of Colorado. it is said that it can keep operating even after a direct attack by a nuclear missile.
